Mohamed Salem is a software engineer and the managing force behind the family business, Zaytoun Salem. He oversees the entire olive oil production process, starting from the family-owned farm in Wadi El Natrun. Every step - from olive cultivation to pressing and bottling - is carefully managed to ensure consistent quality, purity, and authenticity in every bottle.
